Meeting Schedule and Information:
- The School Board meets during the school year on the first, and third Wednesdays of each month at 7:00 p.m. (note the time change for the 2008-09 school year) in the School Board Meeting Room, 14800 Joplin Road , Independent Hill.

Meetings are broadcast live on PWCS-TV Channel 18 on the Comcast Cable System and also can be viewed live online on the PWCS-TV Web site. Archived meetings are online at the PWCS-TV Video On Demand Website.

Closed session meetings are held prior to the regular meetings at 6 p.m. Special meetings are called when necessary to conduct school business and are announced in advance through local news media.

All School Board meetings, except closed sessions, are open to the public. Citizens are invited to attend and become informed about the operation of Prince William County Public Schools. Electronic School Board Agendas are available online in advance of meetings.
