I am glad to be returning to Belmont this year. Belmont is a wonderful school
with great students and great staff. I graduated from Concord University with
a B. S. in education with certification in library media K-12. I taught for 2
years in Pulaski, VA starting in 2002. I joined the Belmont team in the Fall of
2005. In the library media center our goals include helping all students to
develop a love of reading and learning, cultivating an interest in many subjects,
and giving students the tools they need to be efficient information managers.
Throughout the year we will work on the information management process as
well as experiencing and utilizing different media. I welcome parent volunteers
in the library both for special occasions and everyday library tasks. If you
