Dear Parents/Students Welcome to first grade at Belmont Elementary!   My name is Ms. Herbst and I am from Fairfax, Virginia.   I began working at Belmont in September 2006.   I received my BS in elementary Education at James Madison University.   I love to travel, and I just came from Ukraine where I taught at the International school there.
