Supply List

Welcome to the 2007-2008 school year.

The basic supplies listed below will be needed by your student as we begin the new school year. Individual teachers may request a few additional supplies based on their specific classroom needs. Teachers are asking parents NOT to purchase “trapper keepers”; staplers; pencil or crayon sharpeners; rubber cement; or wax crayons. Tennis shoes will be needed during P.E. for safety reasons. A School Agenda will be provided to all students. Help your child by putting their name on his/her belongings. Thanks!

ALL STUDENTS WILL NEED:

•	BACK PACK
•	16 COUNT BOX OF CRAYONS * See Notes in Grade Levels
•	BOX OF TISSUES
•	1 BLACK AND WHITE MARBLE COMPOSITION BOOK (ADDITIONAL COMPOSITION BOOKS MAY BE REQUIRED DURING THE YEAR)
•	2 POCKET FOLDERS
•	#2 PENCILS (EXCEPT KINDERGARTEN)
•	SCISSORS (EXCEPT KINDERGARTEN) (FISKAR SCISSORS ARE RECOMMENDED)
•	GLUE STICK (s)
•	TENNIS SHOES TO BE WORN FOR P.E.. FOR SAFETY REASONS

In addition:

Kindergarten students will need:

•	1 box gallon sized Ziploc bags or 1 box sandwich sized Ziploc bags
•	pump bottle of hand soap

First Grade will need:

•	school box (no larger than 4 inches high)
•	pump bottle of hand soap
•	1 box ziplock bags
•	erasers - pink pearl
•	1 extra composition notebooks for poetry journal
•	wide-tipped dry erase markers

Second Grade will need:

•	school box (no larger than 4 inches high)
•	pump bottle of hand soap
•	3 extra composition books for Word Study, Math, and Poetry

Third grade will need:

•	wide-ruled notebook paper
•	3 extra composition books
•	pump bottle of hand soap or bottle of hand sanitizer
•	plastic zippered bag for supplies (no school boxes)
•	2 spiral notebooks
•	1 box colored pencils (instead of crayons)
•	2 yellow highlighter (replace as needed)
•	3 glue sticks (no bottled glue)
•	wide-tipped dry erase markers

Fourth grade will need:

•	2 black pens
•	eraser
•	1 yellow highlighter
•	ruler (inch and centimeter)
•	standard size loose-leaf wide lined notebook paper
•	1 spiral notebook
•	plastic zippered bag for supplies
•	wide-tipped dry erase markers

Fifth grade will need:

•	1 blue or black ink pen
•	1 yellow highlighter
•	pencil box (no higher than 4 inches)
•	4 more composition books
•	colored pencils
•	standard size loose-leaf wide lined notebook paper
