Morning Announcements for Wednesday, March 26

 

 

Men's track team tryouts will begin April 3, 2008. All participants must have physicals on file and not be on the academic/conduct ineligible lists (2 F’s or 2 U’s on the latest grade report). All those trying out should wear sneakers, shorts, T-shirts, and/or sweats and have a lock for their gym lockers. The try-outs will last for three days. GOOD LUCK TO ALL!!!

 

Attention all girls interested in trying out for soccer.  Tryouts will begin on Wednesday, April 2 at 3 10 in the gym.  Before trying out, you must have a current physical on file.  Please see Ms. Nebb in the gym if you have any questions.

 

You and your family are cordially invited to the multicultural fair on April 4th 2008 from 6:00 to 8:30 p.m.  Students must be with an adult.  We are going to celebrate our rich cultural heritage and diversity, display students' work, food, folk dancing, music story telling and much more.  Admission is free.

 

FACS Club is having an unscheduled meeting tomorrow, March 27 immediately after school in room 56.

 

Grade 8 students who have not returned their money and/or permission form to go on the field trip to Medieval Times absolutely must do so by this morning or risk having the bus leave without you on April 17th.  Please see Mrs. Stevison ASAP if you need the permission form and information letter.

 

The Bobcat Bank & Trust is open for business this morning from 8:20 to 8:45 in Computer Lab A.

 

Eighth Grade SIGNET classes meet today:

Group A will meet periods 2 and 3;

Group B will meet periods 4 and 5

Group C will meet periods 6 and 7.
