The Bristow Run Advisory Council is comprised of Staff members and
Parent members. Each of the bigger school neighborhoods in our

boundary has a parent representative. (Amberleigh Station, Bridlewood Manor, Foxborough, Kingsbrooke, Tartan Hills and the Linton Hall corridor)

October, 2003 – Staff Needs Assessment

October, 2003 – Advisory Council Training

January, 2004 – Advisory Council identified three goal areas on which to focus.

February 20, 2004 – Strategic Plan committee met to develop strategic plan draft

February 26, 2004 – Strategic Plan committee met to review and update strategic plan draft.

March 2, 2004 – Advisory Council reviews proposed Strategic Plan.

March 10, 2004 – Staff meeting to review proposed Strategic Plan.

April, 2004 – Present Strategic Plan to Area Associate; Mr. Mallard

May, 2004 – Share Strategic Plan with school community

April, 2005 – Review updated School Plan with staff and Advisory Council

May, 2005 – Submit school plan to Area Associate; Dr. Spillman/Mrs. Nourse Millar
