INCLUSION CULTURE STATEMENT

What is Inclusion?

Inclusion is a culture based on the belief that all students are welcomed members of the school community and have the right to learn in the least restrictive environment.  It is a belief that all faculty and staff must share the commitment and responsibility to meet the needs of all students.  In an inclusive culture, acceptance and understanding of individual differences are developed through professional collaboration, differentiation of instruction and research based, peer-reviewed teaching practices.
