  MISSION
 
School administrators, parents and students at Glenkirk Elementary

The mission of the Community Relations Office is to facilitate communication between the school division and the residents of  Prince William County and to convey the educational advantages of the Prince William County Schools.

To accomplish this, school information, news, and programs are made available to the public through the Community Relations Office and the news media.

The Information Guide gives an overview of the school division and includes a description of instructional programs, graduation requirements, grading scales, a list of schools, and other information helpful to new students and families in the Prince William County School district.

Fast Facts is an outline of major facts and statistics about the Prince William County Schools.

 
 
 NEWS RELEASES
 
News releases are issued periodically to announce new information concerning the quality of education provided to children in Prince William County.
 
 
 BOARD BRIEFS
 
Board Briefs provides a summary of school board meetings and is published twice a month.
 
 RECOGNITION PROGRAMS
 
Employees, teams, schools and departments are recognized for actions or activities which contribute to the effectiveness and continuous improvement of the division.
 
 
VOLUNTEERS & RESOURCE SPEAKER PROGRAM
 
The Prince William County school division is seeking individuals who would like to be guest speakers with respect to their jobs, hobbies, skills, travels, or other expertise. Parent Volunteers are needed to help out in Prince William County Schools in the areas of math and science. Retired persons are needed to help with reading skills in classrooms K through 3.
