- Develop a team approach to planning, gathering content, and implementing
web pages.
- Plan and document the web site plans, standards, and contents.
- Develop web pages in a manner that will allow web site access to users
of different browsers and to users with disabilities:
- Use web page development software and tools (such as Lectora or Contribute)
that will be easy for other staff to learn and use in order to continue
updating the web site if you leave the school or office.
- Create web page templates for teachers and others to use.
- Hold training sessions at your school, if possible.
- Keep copies of positive
email comments you receive from Internet users.
