2)
Information Center
This is a voice mail recording from your son’s or daughter’s
teachers. Parents should be able to call and get information
on class assignments and activities. Parents cannot leave
messages here. Parents can send e-mail to teachers and
receive e-mail from teachers through InTouch Online.
Information Center is accessed by dialing (703) 791-2270
from any phone. Dial 4300 for Fred Lynn's extension.
If you
know the extension number for each of your child’s teachers,
you may dial the number at anytime. If you need to find the
teacher’s extension number click this link
or stay on the line to hear how
to find extension numbers for all your teachers.
3)
AutoDialer
This is the computer that calls or e-mails parents/guardians
when a student is absent or when there is important
information that parents need to know.
This program also has the ability to call selected classes
or sections for teachers.
This year the ability has been added to also e-mail parents
the autodialer messages. Hopefully this will eliminate the
repeated call problems that some parents experienced that
have phone blocking devices or dual lines in their home.
