Martin Luther King Jr. Elementary School is located in the eastern end of Prince William County in Woodbridge, Virginia on 13224 Nickleson Drive.
Our colors are blue and yellow and our mascot is a lion.

King Elementary School opened on   September 8, 1981. A year later Ms. Yolanda King attended the building dedication which honors her father, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
King Elementary is a great school supported by wonderful parent volunteers. Parents are often seen in the school volunteering in classrooms, the library and working for the PTO.
At King we believe that the family is very important in the success of each of our students. This is why we also believe that it is, "All About the Kids".
The students at King are very involved in both academic and extra curricular activities. At King Elementary students can participate in the Chess or Ecology Clubs, Reading Buddies or the School Bank.
