November 4–10, 2009 is National French Week

Seventy-five percent of the world's population is bilingual or multilingual. Prince William County Public Schools have over 80 languages and 100 cultures represented in our students. Communication in another language is a skill and tool to ensure our nation's future economic, business, and political success. Throughout the School Division, a variety of presentations, events, and collaborative activities are planned during the week to celebrate our cultural and language diversity as it relates to the French Language and culture
