 LIVING APART – PARENTING TOGETHER

Fewer than half of America’s children can expect to live their childhood in a home with both of their biological parents, whether their parents are divorced or were never married.

“Living Apart – Parenting Together” is a two-evening, four-hour class or a one-day four-hour class that encourages parents living apart to work out parenting decisions without putting their children in the middle. The class meets the parent education guidelines established by the Supreme Court of Virginia.

The cost to cover class materials is $40.00. To register for a class, please call us at 703-792-6288. Advanced registration is required; class walk-in registrations are not accepted. Class
registration closes at 1:00 pm on the day of the class. A confirmation letter will be mailed. Upon completion of the class a certificate is awarded. Childcare is not available.

If you are a person with a disability and desire any assistive devices or other accommodations to participate in this activity, please contact Julie Stiles, VCE, at 703-792-6288 (TDD number is 800-828-1120) during business hours of 9a.m. and 3p.m. to discuss accommodations 5 days prior to the event.
