Supply List:
2008 - 2009
Welcome to FIFTH GRADE! We know that you are going to
rest up this summer and read some great books in order to get ready for
fifth grade. For your supplies for next year, we are trying to make it easy
for you. Your fifth grade teachers are going to get all the supplies that
you will need for next year and have them packaged and ready for you at Open
House in August. All you will need to do is bring in either cash or a
check for $18 (made payable to Occoquan Elementary School) and 3
boxes of tissues. If you are interested in this, you will need to fill
out the bottom of this form and send in $18. Mrs. Gore will be coming
around to each room to collect any money and order forms you may have.
You
are more than welcome to go shopping and get your own supplies for next
year. If you choose to do so, the list below is available for you.
Fifth Grade Supplies

Remember…your wonderful new 5th grade teachers are able to
purchase all of the above (except the tissues…you bring those) for the low
price of $18 and they will be sitting on your desk at Open House to pick up.
