Meeting Notes, October 18, 2005

Elected Joy Marcell as Chairperson

Discussed Accelerated Math. Consensus on the committee is that it’s a good program that can provide differentiated practice for students. Suzanne Matonek will contact our POC at Henderson for info. The committee would like to have someone present Accelerated Math to Staff.

Textbook adoption. Discussed likelihoods in regards to the adoption. The committee would also like someone to give an overview of Everyday Math to staff

Discussed staff development approach.
