Your children need you! The Bristow Run Elementary School PTA invites you to join with us to make a difference in the education and quality of life for our children.

We know that you love your children and want to do the best for them. The PTA can help you do that! We all know children learn more and have better lives when parents, school staff and students, and the community work together. PTA brings all these groups together to share thoughts and ideas about programs and activities that benefit children. Our PTA provides information and resources that strengthen these relationships. This information is provided through workshops, videos, brochures, and other communication channels.

In order to help children and their families, our PTA sponsors programs such as:

• The Reflections Program - national contest in the areas of ah, music, writing and photography.
• In school programs and assemblies such as Ms. Betty's Trunk, Mad Science Workshop, Gleemania Assembly, etc. directly linked to your children's curriculum and learning objectives.
• Programs at PTA meetings to educate and inform parents in all aspects of their children's education.

Our goals for the remainder of the year we.

• Sponsor additional in-school programs and assemblies.
• Provide additional educational programs at PTA meetings.
• Provide additional resources to supplement school curriculum, equipment and activities.
• Provide a faculty stipend to defray their significant out-of-pocket expenses.

By becoming a member, your support will bring us closer to accomplishing these goals.
