Here is an order form to help order your school supplies for the fall. Please follow the instructions on the page.

Library Supply List

Each student in grades 2nd through 5th should have a separate folder specifically labeled for the Library.

Art Supply List

Kindergarten

• Fiskar Scissors
• 2 Large Glue Sticks

1st Grade

• 2 Black Sharpie Markers
• 2 Erasers (White or Pink Erasers)

2nd Grade

• 1 Bottle of Elmers Glue
• 1 Box Broad Tip Colored Markers

3rd Grade

• 2 Black Sharpie Markers
• 1 Box Fine Tip Colored Markers

4th Grade

• 1 Set of  Prang Watercolor Paints
• 2 Erasers (White or Pink Erasers)

5th Grade

• 1 Sketchbook – approx. 9”x12”  w/ at least 50 sheets of drawing paper
• 1 Package of #2 pencils
• 2 Large Glue Sticks

Please mark all supplies with “Art” on them so the classroom teachers can get them to the art room.  Thanks.
