Mission Statement
The Stonewall Middle School curriculum seeks to establish a community of learners where students achieve to their highest potential. The approach provides an optimum learning environment for students to develop and extend academic proficiency. Students also develop critical and creative thinking as well as communication, performance, and technology skills. Assignments and assessments are challenging and reflect the high expect ions for students. Both students and teachers share a passion for learning.
Our curriculum is designed to help students see the interrelationships among various disciplines so students learn to understand knowledge as an integrated whole. Stonewall Middle School is organized to help students relate experience within the classroom to the realities of the world outside the classroom in order to insure that they are prepared for advanced educational opportunities and for the world of work. Stonewall Middle School offers "Education for Life."
