MALCOLM BALDRIGE NATIONAL QUALITY AWARD PROGRAM

PWCS  implemented the Baldrige Quality Framework for Performance Excellence as its systematic approach to continuous improvement in 2002. It has been used to improve district level management processes and to improve school and classroom processes and results.
