PWCS was awarded District Accreditation from the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools and Council on Accreditation and School Improvement (SACS CASI) in 2007. Division accreditation is a voluntary process that supports a commitment to developing and implementing system-wide plans for improving student learning and aligning school improvement plans with the Division’s Strategic Plan. A visit by a Quality Assurance Review Team was held during the week of January 8, 2007.
All Prince William County Schools are also accredited by the Virginia State Board of Education.
