STRATEGIC PLANNING

PWCS maintains an aligned five year Strategic Plan. Administrators and School Board members measure progress against the Strategic Plan.  An Annual Summary Report is presented to the Board each fall and used by schools and offices to develop improvement plans.  The Office of Accountability provides District Leaders and Stakeholders with current monitoring information.

School and Central Office Improvement Planning takes place at each site.  The emphasis of this procedure is on continuous improvement planning. Action plans are used to monitor progress on an ongoing basis throughout the year. Sko Vision software is being used for school and office improvement plans.
