The Records Center is responsible for the management of all previous school division records. These records include Accountability, Administrative, Student Learning, Human Resource, Finance, Risk Management, Transportation, and School Food and Nutrition Services.

Notice

The Virginia Department of Education and the Library of Virginia governs the retention/disposition periods of all records in the school division, General Schedule 21. 

Please note that all students that had either withdrew or graduated in the 2002-03 school year, the educational record will be purged and microfilmed beginning July 2008.  If you would like your original file you must contact our office prior to June 1, 2008.  All files after microfilming will be destroyed in accordance with the Library of Virginia.
