POTOMAC HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATES RECEIVE AICE DIPLOMA

Potomac High School 2004 graduates Randi Lassiter, Ann Lastuvka, and Karlo Crystal have received the prestigious Advanced International Certificate of Excellence (AICE Diploma). Lastuvka and Crystal received the second highest recognition with a Merit distinction which signifies a magna cum laude and Lassiter received a Pass distinction which signifies cum laude. The three graduates, all enrolled in the Cambridge Program, are the first to receive the AICE Diploma.

AICE is an advanced academic pre-university curriculum for students. The AICE Diploma is based on passing six advanced level examinations, one from each of the three curriculum areas of mathematics and science, languages, and arts & humanities.

Lastuvka and Crystal will start their freshman year of college at University of Virginia and Lassiter will attend the College of William and Mary.
