Achievements which enabled Lake Ridge to be selected as a School of Excellence were the following:

  • At Lake Ridge, the staff analyzed test data and developed strategies to improve the instructional program, especially in math and social studies.

Teachers and administrators communicated specific target goals to students and parents in order to gain their support.

Staff and community were recognized for outstanding achievement and instructional growth.
