Citizens who wish to address the School Board under citizens comment time must notify the clerk to the School Board prior to noon on a future specified date. Those who are unable to meet this deadline may also chose to sign up to speak during Citizens Time on the sign-up list in the Board meeting room prior to 6:30 p.m. The clerk to the School Board may be reached by mail by writing to Clerk to the School Board, P.O.
