Work-Based Learning

Work-Based Learning

Career and technical education (CTE) programs prepare students for post-secondary education and the workforce by providing work-based learning experiences for students including apprenticeships, internships, externships, and job shadowing opportunities.

Through workforce development partnerships with local businesses, students in CTE programs have access to many opportunities that will ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills in the latest technologies and equipment to successfully gain employment and have a fulfilling career with the certainty of a living wage.
