VISION, MISSION, & GOALS

Vision: In Prince William County Public Schools, all students will learn to their fullest capacity.

Mission: Prince William County Public Schools' Student Learning and Professional Development Department establishes, maintains, and monitors the instructional framework necessary to support a high-quality, comprehensive, and relevant education for all students.

Goals:

  • The curriculum is the driving force that focuses student learning. 
  • Program structures and curriculum framework exists to support the learning of  all students. 
  • Professional growth needs to be continuous in order to provide high-quality  learning for all students. 
  • To be an effective department, we must build interdependent communities of learners.
