Farm Bureau Insurance in conjunction with The Office of Benefits and Retirement Services is hosting Medicare 101. The class will help explain the Medicare options and resources available to you.

Tuition Reimbursement

Are you a classroom teacher or classified employee enrolled in a state-approved teacher education program?

Taking a Fall Class? Planning a spring semester class? 

The PWCS Tuition Reimbursement Program may be able to help you.

Please visit the PWCS Tuition Reimbursement Page for information on the program.

Key points to remember to make sure you receive the correct reimbursement:

  • You must submit your request at the beginning of your class, as soon after registration as possible.
  • Your course must be taken at an accredited university for university credits to be eligible.
  • Courses ending July 1, 2019 - June 30, 2020 fall under the 2019-20 fiscal year. (we cannot accept requests for classes that have already ended.)
  • Courses ending July 1, 2020 - June 30, 2021 will fall under the 2020-21 fiscal year.
  • You must submit ALL paperwork for approval - Form, Course Description and Proof of Payment. 
  • You must be a current active PWCS employee at the time of your class.
  • You must be a current active PWCS employee when you take a test.
  • You must submit your request BEFORE your course ends.
