The Finance Training Specialist provides training to  principals, bookkeepers and secretaries on Advantage Financial (AFIN) and Advantage Human Resource System (AHRS) software, as well as any updates or changes made in these programs.  This office also  provides a help desk for problems with entering time, leave, purchase orders (PD), price agreements (PG), and stock requisitions (SR).

New bookkeepers are trained on Manatee, a software program for Student Activity Funds.  Any questions or problems pertaining to Student Activity Funds or Site Based Management are handled by this office.
