For the latest bus schedule information or help with questions or problems related to student transportation, contact your school's principal or call or email the Transportation School Bus Operations Section. | ELIGIBILITY FOR TRANSPORTATION - CODE OF VIRGINA |
The Code of Virginia, Section 22.1-176, permits school boards to provide transportation for eligible pupils, but does not require them to do so. Public school bus service in Prince William County is provided for all eligible students living in excess of one mile from their assigned school. Special provisions are arranged for students with disabilities. |

Prince William County Public Schools Transportation Department is located approximately 25 miles southwest of Washington, DC. The Transportation Department provides service for Prince William County's 345 square miles and stretches from the Potomac River to the Bull Run Mountains. (Support within the county does not include Manassas and Manassas Park.)
