Keith Imon Associate Superintendent for Communications and Technology Services 703.791.7451 Keith Imon was appointed Associate Superintendent for Communications and Technology Services for Prince William County Public Schools in July 2005. Mr. Imon was born in Buffalo, New York and earned undergraduate degrees from the University of Buffalo and Buffalo State College. Most recently, he served as Assistant Superintendent of the Department of Communication and Technology in Greece (suburban Rochester), New York, where he had worked since 1990. From 1976 to 1990, Mr. Imon was in San Antonio, Texas, where he taught third grade in the Judson Independent School District, directed a teacher center at the Region 20 Education Service Center, and led the educational technology department for the Northside Independent School District—one of the largest in Texas. Mr. Imon received his master’s degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 1980. He is a former member of the Board of Directors and President-elect of the Texas Computer Association. Mr. Imon has presented at international, national, and state conferences and under his leadership, the work of his staff in both New York and Virginia have been recognized for excellence in communications. |
