Parents please read the following end-of-the-year schedule for accessing the Parent Portal and school Web site.

Parent Portal new user account registrations will be disabled June 1. If you currently do not have a Parent Portal user account, you must register for one and receive your new user account login before June 1. The process for receiving your new Parent Portal account can take a few days. If you register by June 1, but do not receive your new user account login by June 18, you must re-register in August when the registration process goes back online. Also remember, for the 2012-13 school year, you will not have to register again for the Parent Portal if you already have a user account for this year.

The ability to edit your Parent Portal contact information will be disabled and no further edits will be accepted after June 1. Editing will be enabled sometime in August (the date will be announced). If you have not created your own user account on Parent Portal, or you need to edit your contact information, please do so as soon as possible, or you can wait until August when editing is enabled. However you will be able to view your contact information during the summer.

June 18:
After June 18, there will be no further changes or updates for grades and attendance in Parent Portal. However, you will be able to view the 2011-12 grades during the summer. Summer school grades will not be posted on the Parent Portal.

School Web sites will continue to be accessible for parents, students, and teachers throughout the summer to view class pages and summer assignment information. However, in August the 2011-12 classroom pages will no longer be available in order to begin the process of creating the 2012-13 classroom Web pages. More information will be announced in August about accessing the Parent Portal and School Web sites for 2012-13.
