
The Center for Digital Education has named the
Prince William County Public Schools Web site a winner in the
2012 Best of the Web Awards (BOW). The School Division won for the K-12 category. This national award recognizes and honors outstanding K-12 and higher education Web sites that benefit and improve the quality of education for students, teachers and the community. Other education Web site winners include the Smithsonian’s History Explorer and Cure4Kids for teachers and kids, of St. Jude’s Research Hospital.
The Center for Digital Education is a national research and advisory institute specializing in K-12 and higher education technology trends, policy, and funding.
