Patriot High School Student is Grand Prize Winner at Water Art Invitational

Art students were asked to ponder the importance of water as they created entries for the annual Water Art Invitational sponsored by the Prince William County Service Authority. This year’s theme, “Water is life. Water is precious,” challenged the artistic ability of high school students from across Prince William County in three art categories — drawing/painting, photography, and graphic design. Alexa Limcaoco from Patriot High School received the competition’s highest award and was named this year’s Grand Prize winner for her entry in the painting/drawing category.
