More than 100 parents and community members joined PWCS Student Services staff in roundtable discussions of bullying prevention strategies on October 6. The evening event was part of a continuing series of forums to address mental health, suicide prevention, and bullying that began last school year.

“Our conversations with parents in such forums show the resiliency of our students and the compassion of our staff,” said Carolyn Custard, director of Student Services. “We are helping make parents and students more aware of the many forms that bullying takes, and why it is important to reach out for resources and solutions.”
