Registration is not automatic; parents must enroll their child each school year. Visit the SACC and Next Generation website for details and registration information.

The SACC program offers before-and after-school options at all elementary schools except Loch Lomond, and West Gate. Next Generation is an after-school program offered at Benton, Bull Run, Hampton, Parkside, Potomac, Reagan, and Woodbridge Middle Schools. Both programs include homework support provided by a licensed PWCS teacher, along with a host of engaging activities focusing on STEM, cultural discovery, literacy, art, drama, music, health, and wellness. SACC and Next Generation are administered by AlphaBEST Education Corporation.

The SACC before-school program opens at 6 a.m. and continues until the beginning of the school day; the after-school program starts when classes are dismissed and ends daily at 6:30 p.m. An all-day SACC program from 6 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. is offered on teacher workdays at no additional cost for all enrolled SACC students. During winter, spring, and summer breaks, a full-day program is offered at selected elementary schools with a separate registration and cost.
