Registration Concerns

1. What is Intouch Online?  Intouch Online provides parents academic information on their student(s) through the Internet.  With an internet connection and an Intouch Online user account, parents may access their child’s attendance, grades, progress reports, class schedule and other information.

2. Who may apply for an account with Intouch Online?  If your child’s school is a participating Intouch Online school, you may register online for an Intouch Online user account.  Please refer to the Prince William County Schools’ web site for participating schools at www.pwcs.edu and click on Edulink Intouch Online.

3. How long does the application process take?  Each participating school provides this information to the applicant when they go through the online registration process.  In addition, the Intouch Online administrator may contact you by email.

4. Why do I have to make a personal appearance and bring a photo ID to get my account information?  To ensure privacy, the school must be certain that they issue Intouch Online user account information only to those who have legal rights to view that student’s information.
