The Central Purchasing Office will develop and orchestrate a unique cooperative partnership with budget holders, bookkeepers, vendors, Financial Services and the Department of Information Technology, and senior leadership team. This partnership will provide the most current innovative technology driven, automated programs and processes for the purchasing of goods and services with the ultimate goals of a seamless, paperless procurement process that complies with all procurement laws and policies of the Commonwealth of Virginia and the Prince William County School Board. |

| VISITOR POLICY | |
The Central Purchasing Office encourages and welcomes vendors to supply their catalogs and price lists of goods/services they provide or manufacture. Vendors are also welcome to visit the Central Purchasing Office; however, in order for the staff and vendors to schedule their time efficiently, an appointment is recommended.
