Original Birth Certificate of child being enrolled
Original Social Security Card of child being enrolled
Up to date shot record
Two (2) proofs of residency within the Victory Elementary Boundaries
Kindergarteners and any student entering school for the first time are required to have a school physical prior to school entrance in September, 2007.
