Law and Public Safety
The Law and Public Safety program offers students an introduction to the criminal justice system and exploration of careers in criminal justices. There are two pathways within Law and Public Safety: criminal justice and military science.
The Center for Environmental and Natural Sciences at Freedom HS offers Law and Public Safety as a pathway within the CENS Program.
Gar-Field HS offers Law and Public Safety as a stand-alone program and as a pathway within the IB Career-related Program.
Note: Applications for this program are open for rising 9th, 10th, and 11th grade students.
Program Type
Transfer Program – Students participating in this program will transfer to the program location for all courses and activities. Express Bus Transportation is available to accepted students living outside the program location boundaries through Specialty Program Transportation.

This program is offered as a pathway within the Center for Environmental and Natural Sciences. Students interested in this pathway should apply to the Center for Environmental and Natural Sciences.
