All-County Events

The Prince William County Public Schools will host several events featuring musicians or artists from across the school division. These events are free and open to the public.

All-County Music Performances

PWCS prides ourselves on the recognition and celebration of excellence for high-achieving students enrolled in our music program. The PWCS All-County Music Events provide advanced performance opportunities for students across the division, currently offering opportunities for band, chorus, and orchestra students at the secondary level and fifth grade students at the elementary levels to participate as an extension of their classroom instruction. Students must be a regularly performing member of their school's band, chorus, or orchestra to participate in the audition/selection process. The All-County Music events present an opportunity for students to perform in an honors ensemble, work with a master conductor, and collaborate with students from other schools. All-County Music opportunities are intended to enrich and supplement classroom instruction and to motivate students in achieving educational goals. The Student Learning Department distributes information regarding available opportunities with PWCS music teachers, which is then passed along to band, chorus, and orchestra students.
