Annamarie Bollino, Ph.D. – Supervisor, Fine And Performing Arts

Dr. Annamarie Bollino began as the Supervisor of the Arts for Prince William County Public Schools in February 2024. Before her appointment, she served Stafford County Public Schools as a music educator, assistant principal, and the Coordinator of Visual & Performing Arts. Annamarie serves the music education community as Chair of the National Association of Music Education (VMEA). Beginning in June 2024, she will become the President-elect for the NAfME Southern Division. Annamarie's passion for supporting teachers, students, and programs is evident through her work as an administrator, educator, and higher education faculty member. She is a fierce advocate for arts education and is a proud graduate of West Virginia University, George Mason University, and Virginia Commonwealth University.

Michelle Milligan, M.Ed. – Coordinator, Performing Arts (K-12)

Michelle Milligan began serving as the Coordinator for Performing Arts (K-12) for Prince William County Public Schools (PWCS) in September of 2022. Prior to this position, she was the music specialist for the Virginia Department of Education (VDOE), and an orchestra director for multiple schools in Prince William and Fairfax counties for nearly a decade.

Mrs. Milligan earned her Bachelor of Music degree in Music Teacher Education from George Mason University. She holds a Master of Education degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from James Madison University. She is an active musician, clinician, and educator who is delighted to use her background experiences to support the students and faculty of PWCS.

Andrew Watson, M.Ed. – Coordinator, Visual Arts (K-12)

Andrew Watson began as the Coordinator of Visual Arts for Prince William County Public Schools in September 2024. Prior to this position he taught middle and high school visual and media arts for Fairfax County Public Schools for over a decade and served in central office positions supporting the visual and performing arts for the Alexandria City Public Schools and the Newport News Public Schools for seven years.

Mr. Watson has held a number of roles with the National Art Education Association and was the Visual Arts Standards Content Consultant for the Virginia Department of Education developing the 2020 Visual Arts Standards of Learning. He is an active artist and a graduate of Savannah College of Art & Design, Maryland Institute College of Art, and the University of Virginia.
