Income Eligibility
Families who receive TANF, SNAP, SSI, or who are homeless are eligible for Head Start and Virginia Preschool Initiative (VPI) classes. Children who are in foster care are also eligible for enrollment. Both Head Start and VPI reserve 10% of the total enrollment for children with an IEP.
