Who are we? Prince William County Special Education Parent Teacher Association.

We are a non-profit organization that serves Prince William County, Manassas City and Manassas Park. Our mission is to make every child's potential a reality by engaging and empowering families and communities to advocate for all children. We provide resources, guidance, support, advocacy, fellowship and foster collaboration for those that work with students with special needs.


  • All events are open to the public!
  • Past speakers at monthly general meetings: PWC Parent Resource Center, Medicaid Waivers, Decoding Dyslexia, Tots to Teens Therapy Services, National Alliance on Mental Illness, Adaptive Recreation, Inclusion Advocacy and more!
  • We collaborate with public schools and community leaders and staff.
  • Hang-Outs, Sensory-friendly activities (past Laser Tag, Hylton HS Planetarium0, Virtual Story-times.
  • Fundraisers (MOD Pizza, Glory Days Grill, Bon Chon, Campbell's Frozen Custard)
  • Dance-a-thon/Virtual Gala, Teacher Grants, Annual Spring Recognition Awards Ceremony.

  • You give that VOICE & VOTE from PWC SEPTA, VA and National PTA for advocacy on relevant concerns regarding our youth with special needs.
  • You can vote on matters pertinent to PWC SEPTA and events held in the community.
