EL Academy Summer School 2022
This is a six-week program for English Learners (ELs) attending high school. The EL Academy Summer School is provided through in-person instruction to facilitate student learning and accelerate the completion of required coursework for high school graduation.

Transportation
High school students will be transported to and from their base school. Please see the link below for more information on the bus schedules. Learn more about summer school transportation.
Attendance
Students should not miss more than 15 hours total of class time. This includes absences, tardies, and early departures. All students are expected to follow the PWCS Code of Behavior. Failing to follow the Code of Behavior rules or missing more than 15 hours of class time could result in a student being dismissed from the program and receiving no course credit.
Selection and Enrollment
The EL Academy Application deadline was April 29, 2022. The school staff assisted your student in selecting their summer course and submitting their application online and notified all selected students with their course enrollment information. Further information will be provided via text messages, emails, and phone calls to all selected students.
