[Harrington]- I am from Northern California. Grew up in the Bay Area, San Jose was my home. I miss the sun and beach. I went to collage in San Diego, Point Loma Nazarene University. After college I proceeded to teach kindergarten and second grade at State Street Elementary School in Los Angeles. And then, I moved out to Virginia and became a fourth grade classroom teacher.

- And then became a ESOL teacher. And both of those things were in Stafford. I became a ESOL teacher and then ESOL program specialist. Now, they are called English Learner Program Specialists in Prince William County schools. And then from there I went on to become an assistant principal and had the opportunity to work at Belmont Elementary School and Kilby Elementary School, as an assistant principal before now coming to Lake Ridge Elementary where I am so blessed and feel so honored to be principle here at this awesome school.

- I strive to create an environment where it's very clear that we as educators, as a staff, as a school community, are here for every single one our kids. And here at Lake Ridge, we're chasing 100. Meaning, we're 100% passionate, and 100% committed, and 100% dedicated to 100% of kids. Because all kids can learn. And frankly, they deserve it. They deserve our very best, every day.
