Regis R. Lacey served as the Neabsco District representative on the Prince William County School Board from 1974-1985. Lacey is the father of Roseann Chestnut, the bookkeeper at Bel Air Elementary School.

A visitation will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Friday, May 7, 2021 , at Mountcastle Turch Funeral Home and Crematory in Dale City.
