Elizabeth “Betsy” O’Dell passed away on June 28, 2016. She was a beloved Prince William County Administrator, who had been at Woodbine Preschool Center, Dale City Elementary, and the Parent Resource Center. She had a vast love for all children. After she retired from the school system, she served several years as the Director of The Matthew’s Center, then upon retiring from there, worked as a Parent Advocate.
