* The average per pupil expenditures from federal funds for FY 2022 and FY 2023 included funding from the Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act or the American Rescue Plan Act. Funding from these acts was not included in the calculation of proposed federal funds per pupil for FY 2024.
