  • Student project set up.
  • Community partner set up.
  • Check in through door 1.
4:15 - 5:15 p.m.
  • Judge arrival, training, and meal.
  • Check in through door 1.
5:15 - 7 p.m.
  • Student project judging.
  • Families, students, and staff visit the community partner tables for hands-on activities and career information.
7 - 7:30 p.m.
  • Awards ceremony on the stage.
7:30 - 8:15 p.m.
  • Clean-up projects.
  • Pack up community partner table event.
